I read an earlier review that dissed Paul O'Callaghan for turning the company into a corporate waste land. Before O'Callaghan arrived on the scene the company did have a family atmosphere - unfortunately it was the kind of family that couldn't manage its budget and was on the verge of the mortgage foreclosing and the car being repossessed. The company was losing money hand over fist but still shelling out thousands each month on food and snacks for employees and company scavenger hunts where each employee team was issues a limousine to tool around town looking for items. O'Callaghan restored fiscal discipline to the company and that involved taking away some the toys and perks from the children. O'Callaghan also put into place a professional sales organization to started calling at the C-Level into fortune 500 companies and increased the deal sizes dramatically. The biggest challenges facing the company was that their products were overly complex, not ready for prime time and required an army of consultants to install and maintain.
