Professionalism does not exist here. The Jabil Ethics policy exists for legal purposes, not a practice. Jabil Quality policy applies to those not in the kiss-up ring. Everyone else gets cover-ups! 400 layoffs to be complete by April 19 2013, those unfortunate employees are the solution to a management system that is a total "FAIL"
