Avantages
Few paperwork approvals Easy to rise up in the ranks and they rotate you in relevant roles if they see potential in you.
Inconvénients
Facilities needs to be improved. Traditional Filipino culture, if you're used to working in multinational companies, you'll feel like fish out of water. If you're part of Sales and Marketing, you're forced mostly to work during month end holidays and get that to offset. Some processes need to be established. Some longtime employees become complacent and difficult to inculcate to them new changes in processes.
