      Avantages

      Good company culture as a whole. Takes care of employees

      Inconvénients

      Survey dept unstructured. Loved the company-not how survey dept was ran. No career advancement opportunities & engineers had more freedom & opportunities than survey dept. no room for growth or re-location for commuting/family life. Pto is terrible & had to use pto for inclement weather days or being sent home by manager due to bad weather. Claim “flex schedules” but still frowned upon if you need time off.

      Avantages

      Very good environment out in the cubes. Everyone gets along and it helps with stressful deadlines. Management working hard towards a continuously better environment.

      Inconvénients

      Small company so spending on extra things is limited.

      Avantages

      Working with a staff that I know and trust. The owners of the company are very nice. I built or modified 2/3 of the machines and robotics at JR. Wheel and they rely on me a great deal. I enjoy the work I do, there and that is why I have stayed with the company so long.

      Inconvénients

      No insurance offered to cover pre-existing conditions. No benefits package with a 401k or any kind of comprehensive health insurance. They do not offer competitive pay for the work that I do.
