Hires rapidly. I am happy I do not work there anymore!

Inconvénients

Hostile environment to work in especially in the health insurance and group insurance area. That area is ripe with backstabbing women who wield too much control and lack integrity.

The account managers are some of the best. Nothing bad to say about them.

Inconvénients

Bragging about being a. Flat organization - meaning there’s no management as they are just missing all the time. This also means leadership is underwhelming and everyone is doing their own thing.
