      Avantages

      Working with and helping customers.

      Inconvénients

      Now private equity owned. Management is terrible. They are leveraged against investors and the bank. Dollars are all they care about now. Revenue goals are impossible to hit. The company is growing faster than they can handle and they are not fixing the operational issues along the way.

      Avantages

      Scott Morrison was President and CEO. Big heart, cared about people, and loved the business he was running. Would listen to people and cared about their well-being, not just revenue. New CEO is opposite Scott

      Inconvénients

      Horrible Management on the leadership team with new CEO Say Life & Balance, don't hold up on it Lots of politics within management and leadership Put way more on people than they can handle or manage CEO is conceited and his only experience was as CEO of an MLM where others did all the work There is one person that no one can stand and he's drove out good people. He is high up now because of his last name. Revenue is all that matters after JM was acquired and they stopped caring about people as human beings
