      The team I worked with here were awesome people - professional and good at what they do, but also laid-back and kept work interesting and fun.

      Inconvénients

      Tough times - this company has struggled with revenue recognition. There were numerous layoffs, and the executive level folks have their eyes on you!

      Avantages

      Very few. Except work from home you don't have to deal with the people face to face. Hours are flexible.

      Inconvénients

      Pretty much everything else. There is always a feeling like they will fire you at any point. They lose people and then thrust the work on everyone else. 10 people doing the work of 30. They constantly start an initiative and then change it. Not enough training when you first sign on. Ever hear of "on the job training"? That's this job in a nutshell.
