Avantages
If you are Caucasian, you will be paid with high salary, attractive bonus and incentives. if you are in the VP and managers "special circle", you are welcome to manipulate company inventory for your own sake because the owner and its EVP trust whatever they are doing. It is common among the "special circle" to take the inventory and sell it for personal gain.
Inconvénients
The owner is "racist".. The owner and its VPs only knows "drain your blood". Once you run out of blood, they dump you as if you never exist. The new culture that is being build, "Above and Beyond" is superficial. Owner and VPs want you think that this company is "great". In reality, it is the lousiest company. All ex employees say the same thing.
