      Avantages

      Selling products that I love makes a sales role fun! I love the diversity and inclusiveness of the the team. The owners and management are supportive and lead by example while pushing their employees to succeed! It truly is a one-team-one-goal atmosphere! The way they have handled the current pandemic shows how they truly have the safety and well being of their employees at the top of their priorities. Exceptional work-life balance! I am always very thankful for that!

      Inconvénients

      Growing so fast makes keeping things in stock a challenge at times, but a good problem to have too.

      Avantages

      Itzy Ritzy opened a lot of doors for me that wouldn’t have been possible without gaining the experience and knowledge here. There’s a lot of room to grow.

      Inconvénients

      The challenges with a growing company and trying to navigate through big changes. The pay was also not that good.
