      WLB+ CTO has clear vision and is relatable Engineers are smart and kind

      Inconvénients

      Software management should empower and enable the engineers to shine. Communication across silos suffers at this company. Project Managers need more training to push product development thru while meeting critical timelines. Agile training needed! The current Top-Down business model does not scale well and transparency/innovation takes a big hit.

      Company is going down hill, literally in the tank swirling, recently let 40+ people go as a ‘reduction in work force’, not sure how they’ll survive. Everyone not laid off is looking for a way to jump ship. Joe Bergera isn’t CEO anymore, now it’s owned from an Italian company.
