      Avantages

      Every single one of my coworkers would be a stand out employee at any other organization. It is extremely motivating to work with such an intelligent and competent team. The leadership has clearly prioritized science and scientific consensus in its business decision making, which is critical for raising the bar in the carbon market.

      Inconvénients

      Many of the usual cons of a startup...priorities can change quickly.

      fast paced startup- which is a big pro for me but could be a con for others
