Too many external influences, your work & experience will never be recognized unless, you know who, if you read the title. You are not listened to, so your contribution is overlooked. Cannot trust people who work there as all are misleading the CEO and he is not willing to understand this. Someone with nearly no expertise or experience will lead you (you know who) and you will be left behind. Such are the management and they are cultivating a very toxic work culture at this place. They don't have manners of talking as well. All decisions are made by friends of the CEO. The CEO has no patience whatsoever, very short and hot tempered.
