Avantages

Good for learning. They pay well as compare to other "start-up" (5 years got over though) New employers are rocking!

Inconvénients

Management has no strategy on anything. Though they say it is a Product company, more likes employers feel it is a service where you have to support post to evening, night and in weekends! Believe me people work even on Saturdays even after they declare Saturday as holiday in this year (2015). Not process oriented. Not having intention to produce a quality product. Marketing team will be ready to sale the product even before we plan for the requirement..development! If an employee resigns.... only 2 things gonna happen. If manager doesn't like him, though him out..else show dream of middle east and talk about matching salary(not sure!). HR POLICY SUCKS. Policy is flexible depending on person. 3 months notice period which they don't really negotiate unless you are a influenced guy. Infrastructure is not that improved even after acquiring a new floor before finishing it. You have to check manager's mood and get inside to talk.

Avantages

Nothing great in the organization.

Inconvénients

1.If you want to die join this company. 2.No Career growth for a tester. 3.The work remains same for the experience as well as a fresher in testing domain. 4.No value for testers. 5.No proper salary as per current marketing standards, disgusting people. 6.Unable to give hike on time,but very strict on work deliveries. 7.Manager plays favoritism, they do partiality with each and every employees. 8.There is no process from management, hr and managers are more than the employees ratio. 9.Only work is important for them , no employee welfare policies.They cannot digest the fact that employees can leave by 7 from office, even if employee is a girl. 10.There is no job security , without earlier information they will terminate employees.
