      ESPP, Solid 401k match, reasonably priced medical options, generous time off, long list of additional benefits that are not commonly found with enterprise organizations.

      Inconvénients

      As with most large organizations, it can be hard to navigate at first, but the culture is inviting and open. There is a multitude of resources available for new hires.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Remote work, flexible hours, gift cards as rewards

      Inconvénients

      Every tax season leadership move the goal posts to make it more difficult (work more weekend hours, for example) to obtain the bonus. Didn't get paid to be a full service tax expert despite being forced to serve in function. Line managers drink too much koolaid
