      Avantages

      Amazing benefits. Hybrid schedule is great, right now only 2 days a week. My teammates work together to deliver at a fast pace, high quality, high efficiency. The interview process was thorough but the challenges were appropriate. It's the type of engineering org that cares about really evaluating you overall - it's true you aren't actually expected to complete the problems so long as you can express that you have a command of this domain. At least on my team, there is a lot of tribal knowledge that flows around, and we're expected to be able to just move fwd with our tasks given some level of ambiguity - this is actually something I prefer because it's something I want to just become better at. Trying to become as good as my teammates is really motivating for me.

      Inconvénients

      I'm only about 3 months in and I've yet to encounter a con.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
