Avantages

You will learn a lot. You are expected to prepare tax returns for every state and you will learn to research to find your own answers. They have many tools to assist you and rely on AI for many things. Great 401k matching. Get free TurboTax software for yourself. If you work another job, lots of night and weekend shifts available.

Inconvénients

Although they say hours are flexible, they aren't. You sign up for hours based on company need and all the normal work hours are usually gone so you work nights and weekends. No shift differentials. We are told to use AI but we can't rely on it to be accurate, so really not much assistance. They have many tools to make the job easier, but learning how to use them all can take a long time. In order to do your job, you need at least 3 large monitors. They supply a laptop and one monitor if you can get it.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
