      Avantages

      Monetary benefits Pay is competitively good as per market standards. Wellness allowance, NPS contribution, OPD claims etc

      Inconvénients

      Culture is getting toxic day by day. Favouritism is priorities, politics are entertained managers and long working hours are getting glorified. Company deteriorating culture is pretty much visible in greatplacetowork ranking. Leadership has no vision w.r.t product growth and consequences are borne by employees at lower level primarily developers and product managers.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
