      1) Work life balance 2) Really cares for its employees 3) You can do so much beside work, so many communities are there within Intuit - I am part of Intuit Abilities Network, Intuit Pride Network, We Care Give Back that led me to win 2022 Annual Award - wohoo! 4) Promotes Internal Mobility 5) Everything is very very transparent and no politics 6) You get so many goodies and gifts throughout the year 7) Nature of work and technology has improved drastically in recent years, all cutting edge technologies are being used 8) diverse group of people

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
