Avantages

There are many reasons to like working here at Intuit. First, the business is solid. From what I can tell, this is largely due to a a company that deeply cares about their customers. Customers are first, and Intuit supports their customer base very well. Second, they care about their employees. Intuit does so many things right in supporting their employees. Their benefits are above the norm and they have found many other creative ways to support and reward the employees. There is also a foundational core for driving towards innovation that is supported by the company as a whole. I see this as a primary key when it comes to creating new business opportunities within Intuit. Finally, Intuit understands what it means to keep the business on solid ground financially. All said, their priorities are in order and it is reflecting in how well the company is performing.

Inconvénients

I have yet to find a downside working here at Intuit.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
