      Avantages

      I love working for Intuit this year I have grown allot in my knowledge of the company and how to improve on my skills. I had the privilege of having the same manager as last year which I loved because she knows me and how I work. I also love that we had more opportunities to grow and this is an awesome thing.

      Inconvénients

      I wish that we had more material that we could print out to add to our learning. Sometimes the computers don't have all of the knowledge as a physical book has such as a job aide with all of the materials that our training has so that we don't have to review the training itself but just to refer to the study guide instead.

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
