      Avantages

      The work is easy, the hours are easy, and the culture is laid back.

      Inconvénients

      Post Intuit acquisition, we've lost a significant amount of our best talent and people who had institutional knowledge. There has been no clear strategy and we've been sitting around just doing busy work. Pay is at least 20k below market value, and they announced a lateral pay bump but it barely scratches the surface. Horrible corporate koolaid about "accelerating" the business when we've had entire engineering teams leave as well as directors. Lack of empathy from leadership. This place is a mental drain right now and I would not wish it on my worst enemies.

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
