      Avantages

      Highly supportive staff and team members with a lot of knowledge in various areas of the world of finances. Everyone is very helpful in making sure that you are succeeding and reaching your goals. Intuit also has many areas of finance to work in where it is encouraged to find your niche. They also provide you with the proper technical equipment that you will need for the job along with any technical support, should anything happen.

      Inconvénients

      If your not a good self starter with a good work ethic, this would not be a good fit for you as the Live Bookkeeping job is a remote job.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
