Avantages
Intuit is working hard to improve their employee experience during covid-19. All employees are working remotely until August 2021. During this time, they have offered us additional sick days that can be used as mental health days, as well as, recharge days which are additional vacation time during the holidays. The global leadership team is also making strides in diversity, inclusion and equity. There have been new teams created to continuously improve in these areas. Our CEO, Sasan, has also spoken openly with employees about systemic racism, stress of the election in the US and covid-19. I really appreciate his openness because it shows we don't have to pretend to ignore the outside world to be "professional". We are human, and our mental health is important.
Inconvénients
Working for the ProConnect Group in Plano can be hard at times since we are one of the smaller business units compared to TurboTax and Quickbooks. There is sometimes uncertainty that comes with that.
