      Avantages

      - Très peu de barrières entre les équipes. - Grand accent sur la communauté. - Le renforcement de l'empathie client est fortement encouragé. - De bons processus de développement, qui sont continuellement améliorés. - Le leadership est très transparent. - De grands avantages. - Excellent équilibre entre vie professionnelle et vie privée d'après ce que j'ai vu jusqu'à présent. - L'accent est mis sur les employés. - Du temps est consacré au développement personnel et est fortement encouragé. - Excellentes façons de reconnaître et d'être reconnu par vos pairs.

      Inconvénients

      - Les options de déjeuner peuvent être limitées si vous ne voulez pas conduire quelques minutes.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
