      Avantages

      Compensation is slightly above market, which is good. They use stock option to tie you down here (each year a portion of it vest) so if you leave you lose the unvested stock. CEO is a smart and articulate guy. Facility amenities include a small gym and discounted lunch. There are some free light snacks. Working hours is flexible, no one breath down your neck to ensure you are here 9-5.

      Inconvénients

      Product management is outdated with modern technology and it reflects in the product. Change their mind and priority too much. Some engineers who worked here a long time is very outdated with modern technology as well. At the end of the day, it's consumer tax software, so not very exciting. Growth opportunity is very limited.

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
