      Great culture for innovation, technology adoption, change for good, open for feedback, helpful to employees Very strong HR team and great HR practices Always looking for innovative ways to solve customer problems Very strong leadership team Puts lot of value and emphasis on values of Integrity and Ethical practices apart for winning together mindset. Care for the employees is visible in all the actions / decisions that the company undertakes

      Inconvénients

      There is hardly any cons. The company provides enough opportunity for engineers and managers to excel at what they do and take more. Sometimes there is a lack of courage to take strong decisions in the fear of employee disengagement.

      Avantages

      Great pay. Overtime, loyal team the supervisors are really concerned about you. They make sure you are trained and have help when taking calls.

      Inconvénients

      It’s seasonal and then it’s over.

      Avantages

      Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

      Inconvénients

      They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
