Avantages

World-Class Onboarding: Even 4 months in, I am still impressed by how well Intuit equips new hires. I felt I had the tools, access, and training I needed to be productive almost immediately. Culture of Support: The "People Lead" and buddy systems aren't just for show. There is a genuine culture of mentorship here. If I have a question, I never feel like I’m a bother; everyone is invested in each other's success. Mission-Driven: You can really feel the "Powering Prosperity" mission in the daily work. It makes the technical challenges feel meaningful. Work-Life Balance: The company truly respects boundaries, which has made my transition into this role very smooth.

Inconvénients

Large Organization Navigation: Like any big company, there are a lot of internal tools and processes to learn. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but the support system mentioned above helps mitigate this.

Avantages

Benefits are amazing, medical insurance, vision and dental. Company match on 401K and volunteer time off.

Inconvénients

They keep making decisions to outsource jobs to contract workers who don't share the same value in training or customer care. Oh they say they do but when you catch the listening to music so loud you can't hear the customer, or literally snoring on the line they can't do anything because of the way the contracts are set up. It is up to the contract company and the contract company just needs warm bodies. They did not even supply enough people doing our busiest season this year to co or the shifts that were required in the contract. So good luck with that. They will always eventually lay you off.
