1) Majority of the core team joined with no experience. Same with leaders who bring no experience on the table. Big role titles with no ideas. 2) Sales team is good. Not so stable account management. Operations team rudely behaves with customes. Product team is building things on imagination not on research. Customer support is horrible. 3) Doesn't know how to manage finance. Salary can be delayed for 2-3 months. 4) No empathy for customers. Passed from founders. 5) HR team can focus on employee churn rather than doing fun activities
