Inconvénients
I've been hard-pressed to identify any significant downsides during my time here, but if I had to point out one aspect, it would be the mandatory monthly office visits. While they might not be everyone's favorite, I've come to appreciate these visits as valuable opportunities to network and connect with colleagues from different teams, which might not be as accessible when working remotely.
