      Avantages

      Interesting & exciting if you are lucky to have a supportive manager. Friendly.

      Inconvénients

      Very unprofessional, chaotic, cowboys pretending to be big boys & unable to deliver. Introducing structure a definite no no. Set in their own ways, detrimental to clients. It's a wonder they even manage to secure professional clients. Cowboy decisions for personal gratification, nasty, rude & ungrateful. Bullying & harrassment.

      If you are a brown noser to leadership and don't mind climbing on the backs of other people that you no longer see as humans, then you'll be successful.
