      Avantages

      This is an innovative healthcare company that hears its employees. There are a lot of great changes happening and management is always listening to the pulse of the company and assessing what is working. I am privileged to be a part of an amazing, supportive and talented team. I truly enjoy my role in what I do day to day but also this company and all that it offers. This is an exciting time as we continue to grow with healthcare!

      Inconvénients

      From my own department and experiences, I have no cons. I LOVE what I do and I LOVE my team! There are other departments that are experiencing some turn around as we change but management is working rapidly and positively toward more permanency in all departments.

      Avantages

      Intralign has become the job where I hope to retire! Over the past year and a half, this company has opened my eyes to a world of new opportunities and I am thankful to be a part of it. I have grown more as an individual because of the mentors who have helped shaped me to be better than I've ever been. I look forward to come to work everyday and I look forward to the opportunities to come!

      Inconvénients

      One of the most frustrating parts of being a part of a growing organization has been the "revolving door". Not to point in any specific direction. Because with any new company will come changes to be made. My department has been short staffed for almost the last year, which has left for lower morale and some of the employees to become burned out. However, I do think things are looking up and the payoff will come!
