-You get to meet some great people (especially those who are not up the managers arses all the time!) -Location was good.
Inconvénients
-Corrupt, vindictive managers, who work alongside two-faced members of staff below them to target innocent, vulnerable individuals in their own team and bully them out of a job. -Put a complaint in, question management and you’ll be bullied, targeted by management. HR are just as corrupt and fail to follow through complaints and aggrievances correctly. -Lack of support from management, who are too busy on their phones updating their social media rather than doing any actual work; rather they delegate work and take credit for the work done. -Credit is given to those who do no actual work and sit around doing nothing (apart from eating and scoffing their faces) -Genuine, sincere staff are treated poorly. If you’re into snitching and making up lies to management about your fellow colleagues then your face fits perfectly in this company and you’ll be protected by management.
