      Avantages

      I was given a lot of opportunities to work under different job duties and was exposed to a lot of different equipment and gages within the automotive industry.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on what the customer wants, you may need to work extreme overtime hours or travel.

      Thank you for your review. It is difficult to meet the needs of the customer in any profession, whether you are working a cash register or selling insurance or building precision gages. We appreciate all of the employees here who put in the extra effort to make our product and customer service the best in our industry.

      Avantages

      Good "starter" job for anyone who wants to get their foot in the door and doesn't mind working over time. They do hire within the company and give opportunities to further your knowledge.

      Inconvénients

      Very cliquey, especially throughout the women, including the HR/partial owner of the company, this makes it very uncomfortable to address issues. Pays low wages but lets you make up for it with extreme over time, this makes it hard to balance work and family life . Also, a very untrusting atmosphere, you get the feeling someone is always looking over your shoulder.
