I love that customer service is top of the agenda at Intouch; it makes my job as a marketer a pleasure as I genuinely believe that we're the best in the market. The team are great - fun but hard working and alll working towards the same goals. You wouldn't want to work here if you're not happy to take responsibility for your own output. It's a small/medium sized business that's punching above its weight so everyone's performance matters (and is recognised).

I love the culture at Intouch, everyone really pulls together to drive the business and the board actually listen to opinions and ideas, which is nice. Things like the global incentive scheme that rewards all staff for company growth confirm the belief that the success of the company is contributed to by everyone. The recent acquisition by Brookson has just added to the excitement and buzz in the office and the future looks good!

Staff turnover has been an issue historically but this seems to have settled now with a really strong team in place to drive the business forward.
