Avantages
- flexible, decent benefits - allowed to take ownership of projects - peers are genial and friendly - smaller teams can work better together
Inconvénients
Management too rigid. It hasn't bothered to integrate all the diff. companies it acquires into a cohesive environment - resulting in very little direction.
