      I can't find any good point and I am leaving this company soon.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment, a lot of drama and gossip , lack of trust and unsupported. People pick on each other make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

      Avantages

      Fairly independent work environment, with alot of work variety at times. Lot's of PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Minimal/few promotion opportunities. Stubborn managerial structure with too much penny pinching. Little incentive to innovate. Pay could be better.
