      Micro management Unprofessionalism Odd working hours Made agreement on WhatsApp but did not stipulate the same on employment contract hence ignored certain terms in contract (in lieu of notice) till I had to ask them for it.

      1. Enough Marketing team to work efficiently. 2. The marketing team was eager to learn and improve.

      1. If you want a data-driven work process, this is not the place for it. 2. Not for anyone skilled in Marketing.

      Great for learning things on how a tech company grows and scales. Open environment that provides learning across functions.

      Inconvénients

      As a smaller company, sometimes we do cover for each other in some functions during busy periods.
