Avantages
Lots of hours, camaraderie, good people to work with.
Inconvénients
No set shifts, can only go home when the jobs are done. May be sent out on additional jobs in the evening. May be asked to work weekends. Not impossible to work 80+ hours in a week, but typical days are about 11 hours starting at 7am.
