Where to begin with this company. I worked part-time for this company for 6 months before I had to quit. From top to bottom they are an extremely awful company to work for. The pay was terrible, the management disorganized and rude, and the overall work environment was awful. I arrived 7 minutes late due to an accident on the Parkway and was docked 25% of my hourly pay. They were constantly re-arranging my hours with little to no warning. The head of my department was extremely hostile, which fostered a terrible work environment in which co-workers were afraid to even talk to one another. They were untrusting of employees. Employees with more experience were incredibly rude to younger employees. Despite the young talent the company had, they were unwilling to hear new ideas, shutting down suggestions at every turn. They rarely promote from within, so there is little to no possible growth in the company.
