      Avantages

      Small U.S. team works closely together, great communication. Dedicated employees and management. Expectations are high but employees are treated with respect and allowed to work independently. Management is easy to talk to and cares about employees.

      Inconvénients

      The usual communication/time zone challenges of working with a global company.

      Avantages

      Small supportive team working closely and leaning on each other. Good culture, learning opportunities, management support and clear processes.

      Inconvénients

      Challenge working in different timezones because the major team is located in EU with tight employment laws. The employees there do not work after hours.
