Horrible work environment because of poor leadership - Avis employé Sales Internetwork Engineering

Leadership has no desire to grow beyond where they currently are, which is an extremely small company where 75% of them have spent their entire careers at IE. "The way we've always done it" is a perfectly fine answer for why we should continue doing things in the wrong way. Management keeps you on the phone for hours a day and then can't understand why you are struggling to keep up with your work load. Work load was increased because of my incompetent leadership and even some in my immediate team.
