However, the office environment is fun and the team is a wonderful mixture of experience and youth. Everyone has a voice at IIG, and if you apply yourself, you will go somewhere. IIG offers a safe harbor match, profit sharing and cash balance plan to all eligible employees, as well as the full suite of health insurance benefits. The retirement package is really second to none in my experience. Would recommend IIG to anyone!

You may have to work late sometimes when the company needs you to, but it is balanced by a management team that will allow you to work from home when YOU need to; it's a fair trade.
