      Avantages

      You typically have a good team of coworkers in the field.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of empty promises. Pay is way too low for the type and level of work you do including the fact that a POST certificate is required. Management will pay you one rate and offer higher starting and additional benefits for same position to prospective new hires. Meanwhile, he will not update current staff on increased pay and additional benefits being offered.
