      Avantages

      - Great leadership these days. Great communicators who are accessible and share their vision - The biggest MS Partner in NZ - You work with the biggest clients in NZ - Constantly evolving as a company / questioning what we do - You work with some of the best people in the market - Not too much governance - 9 out of 10 Intergenites are good communicators - Training - Fly Home Friday every month

      Inconvénients

      - Negativity from some longer serving staff about changes (Change is good!) - Office is in middle of nowhere and with no windows! - Decisions are made sometimes from out of region managers without consulting local staff - No performance related bonus

      Avantages

      The people, full of passion and they really earn their expert status. The relationship with Microsoft, it's close, closer than they can disclose. The room for growth, great leadership and professional development opportunities. The access to cool projects, you can work on the most exciting projects in the world.

      Inconvénients

      Don't pay at the top of the market. Maybe too much of a focus on Microsoft Don't have a bonus system for regular employees. Owned by an Australian company. :) just kidding
