buddy buddy system is the way to move up/management need honest peeople skills/also what happen to company rules they are only enforced when they want to and on who they want to that is not right. human resouce should do a better job when issues come up. managers are human they lie to so when a situation comes up do a investigation don't just go on what a manager says they have personal feelings as well.
