Avantages

I get to sell products that genuinely solve casino problems. The best part is walking a floor with an operator, seeing a pain point, and matching it to a solution on the spot. Marketing backs us up with solid materials, and product experts are open to feedback, so what I hear in meetings actually shapes future outcomes. Trade shows are really exciting with tons of positive feedback and conversations in a couple days, and you leave with real pipeline.

Inconvénients

Lots of travel but it’s the kind of busy that gets deals moving.

Avantages

The company has some really good people to work with

Inconvénients

- Recently released CEO threw everything into sales and strip mined the rest of the company for profits. - Upper Management that thinks they are still commanding troops, not civilians - Instant Write ups from Upper Management for not being able to complete a training course in prescribed time. No excuses even if you are on site and unable to. - No empathy or understanding of what the Field Service team does and expects the entire service organization to be run like the military. - Upper Management who has never spoken to their team and uses the Directors (managers) as proxies instead of normal human contact - Most of management are 'Yes' men/women. This was by design of the last CEO.
