Inconvénients

InterSystems is its own island in terms of technology stack and internal processes/ procedures. Can be silo'd

Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

Inconvénients

Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
