      Avantages

      There are no pros for this particular location. The District Manager and Concierge Lead tend to show no positive leadership.

      Inconvénients

      I am not valued as a superior hard working employee. The management team shows favoritism towards certain employees whom bow down to them and they don't care about the well being of their employees. Intersolutions does not offer raises at all and does not offer benefits.

      Work/life balance and flexibility better pay than other staffing agencies Really awesome leadership team that is smart, kind and really wants to help the company.
