InterDyn BMI is like having a big happy family to work with and we work together to solve issues / promote one another. We pride ourselves on fixing clients needs and we get to work with numerous clients solving issues for them which makes each day a rewarding one.

Certain times of the year (Year end and first month of new year) things become almost overwhelming. The good news is, we work as a team and we all make it through.

flexible schedule, most of the non-management are good people just trying to earn a living.

certain management at this company has no clue. They spend their time flying all over God's green earth to shake every hand known to mankind, and leave incompetent, long term "friends" in charge. They chase away their good talent by offering little to no upward career growth, silly projects that go nowhere, and a total lack of anything resembling direction. It seemed that most everyone in charge was more concerned about the next big merger with some unassuming company than they were about taking care of their employees. While I'm thankful for the employment, I will not miss the insulting treatment I received from the MN management group at InterDyn BMI.
