      Avantages

      Comprehensive employer paid benefits, flexible hours, open communication, great coworkers, generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Little to no upward movement available due to size of organization, staff is stretched fairly thin during busy times, building could use upgrades in regards to heating and cooling.

      Avantages

      The non-profit aspect coupled with the mission to 'bridge the digital devide' by providing low cost technology for low-income individuals is an amazing feeling.

      Inconvénients

      A non-profit catering to the low-income demographic doesn't make the most money.
